The dietary supplement Solgar Flaxseed Oil Cold Pressed contains linseed oil, cold pressed, from seeds grown without pesticides and fertilizers and without additives.

Omega 3 fatty acids polyunsaturated fatty acids which participate in many biochemical and metabolic functions of the body. They help to reduce serum cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as the adhesion of platelets to each other and to the vascular walls. They have cardioprotective properties and also contribute to the control of blood pressure due to vasodilation. They have strong anti-inflammatory action ; and help to deal with inflammatory diseases. Many studies have highlighted its potential beneficial role in brain and mental function as well as mood. Omega 6 and 9 fatty acids contribute to skin health and improvement skin diseases such as psoriasis, chapped skin and eczema. GLA omega 6 fatty acid (γ-linolenic acid) is considered essential for the body as it is unable to synthesize it, so it must be taken exogenously in a proportion to omega 3 fatty acids.

It is a natural rich source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which belongs to omega 3 fats. It also contains omega 6 fatty acids (linoleic acid) and omega 9(oleic acid). Returns

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)
