Every woman's period is different
Some women bleed for two days, while others bleed for a whole week. The flow can be light and barely noticeable or quite intense. You may or may not have cramps, and if so, they may be mild or painful.
As long as the cycles remain stable, there is probably nothing to worry about, but you should stay alert in case you experience any changes in your monthly menstrual cycle.
Stopping or skipping period
Some women have more regular periods than others, but most have a consistent cycle of about 28 days. If your period stops, there are several possible reasons, pregnancy being one of them. If this is not the case, reasons such as
- Strong exercise important
- Weight loss or gain
- Continuous use of contraceptives
- Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- Intense stress
- Perimenopause
can change the circle.
