The Otrisalin Nasal Obstruction Device is designed to remove nasal secretions causing discomfort to your baby. Easy to use, safe and hygienic, the Otrisalin Nasal Obstruction Device helps your baby breathe and feel good again. Its new ergonomic shape with anatomical handle ensures better handling.

The Otrisalin Nasal Obstruction Device provides 2 replacement disposable nozzles made of flexible material that fit the baby's nose perfectly. Each of them contains an absorbent filter that guarantees absolute hygiene. Disposable spare parts are available in packs of 10 pieces.

- How To Use:
  The nasal obstruction device is recommended whenever your baby's nostril is clogged, as often as necessary. For best results, it is recommended to rinse your baby's nose with saline solution Otrisalin - in the form of ampoules or fixed-dose spray - before using the nasal obstruction device. Ask your pharmacist for advice
  
  Insert a soft disposable spare part (A) into the center of the device (B)
  
  Insert the suction port (C) into your mouth and the nozzle (A) in the opening of one of your baby's nostrils
  
  Suck gently, slowly and systematically, through the suction port or use a new spare part
  
  Repeat the procedure in the other nostril
  
  Remove and discard used spare part (A)
  
  Spare nozzles are disposable. After use, they should be discarded to avoid infections.

Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.
- For orders over €19.00 and regardless of weight, shipping costs are free.

- For orders less than € 39.00 and up to 5kg weight (volumetric or real) shipping costs are only € 2.50 and in in case the payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge € 1.40.

- For orders from € 49.00 and up and up to 5kg weight (volumetric or real) shipping is completely free of charge payment method.
- For orders over 5kg and regardless of the amount there are costs volumetric measurements which amount to € 0.90 for each additional kilo.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
