Nitric Oxide Increase

Level up your training

Those who want to take their training one step closer to the top know this. We are of course referring to the supplements that you will most often hear called "nitrates" or nitric oxides. They are a separate category of products that are designed to improve body function during training but have a unique way of achieving this.

Although there are two main classes of nitrates we will only refer to Nitric Oxide (NO) which is significantly safer to use as an artificial supplement to increase your performance

What is nitric oxide?

Nitric oxide, or nitric oxide, is a gas molecule released in endothelial cells that plays a critical role in many body functions, including reducing inflammation, kidney function, and oxygen transport. In addition, nitric oxide helps relax and dilate blood vessels, which increases blood flow in the body. The above is also the quality that is of particular interest to athletes who train with weights and below we will explain why.

Nitrate oxide: From what foods?

Beets: Beets naturally boost the production of nitric oxide in the body and help support energy levels mainly due to the large amount of nitrates.
Chocolate: Recent research has shown that chocolate contains flavonols, which are antioxidants responsible for raising nitric oxide levels.

Another way to increase nitric oxide in the body is exposure to the sun. It has been found that when sunlight touches our skin, more nitric oxide is released.

How does it work?

While the rest of the supplements simply provide nutrients and complement what the body needs, nitrate acts differently by "speeding up" the processes. It controls the flow of blood in the blood vessels by relaxing, or dilating, the blood vessels, thus promoting more blood flow. This means increased blood flow to all the tired muscles in the body, faster clearance of toxins from the body, and more oxygen delivery to the muscles that need it.

  • Increased recovery rates
  • Reduced levels of fatigue during higher repetitions
  • Increased durability
  • Increased energy availability
  • Increased muscle swelling

Nitric oxide side effects

There are some side effects associated with consuming nitrate supplements. Those commonly reported are nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Some users may still suffer from a mild to severe migraine. In general, because nitrates lower blood pressure, if you already have low blood pressure, you should avoid them.

In in our pharmacy you will find certified nitric oxide supplements of branded companies, always at the best prices on the market.
