Return of products

-In case of any product defect that found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden on the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (+30 2421077077) or by message e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet.gr ).

-In the case of a non-defective product , this is it can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of the order with the date of application for refund not exceeds 10 calendar days,
b) the package does not have violated and is in its original state. (In that in this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)  

For reasons of ensuring the hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages and orthopedic items .

In each of the 2 cases for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
