The first cream for your baby
At the beginning of his life, the baby is fed exclusively with milk, after all, this is the only food he needs, and which he can digest in the first five to six months. Very quickly, however, because it grows at an incredibly fast rate, its body requires more calories, iron and other nutrients, such as zinc, folate, vitamins A and C. Then it is the right time to enrich its daily diet with solid foods.
In the beginning, solid foods should be given as a supplement and not as a substitute for mother's or foreign milk.
The first taste that your baby will get of "real food" is
rice flour cream which is particularly nutritious and enjoyable. It is usually iron-fortified, vanilla-flavored and gluten-free, and has been found to rarely cause allergies.
As long as his first contact with solid food did not cause any allergic reaction (rash, vomiting, diarrhea),
you can then try creams with oat flakes, with corn (in its natural form or corn flower),
with barley and last cream of wheat or a combination with cereal or biscuit cream.
Your options are endless, Nutricia, Frezylac, Hip, Bio Bebe and Humana have the most delicious and nutritious creams for your baby's first meals.
