Solgar's Vitamin B6 belongs to a family of three chemically related, water-soluble compounds, including pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine.

Supplements that provide the active form of pyridoxine, P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), are thought to be slightly better absorbed than pyridoxine. However, this difference is not an essential reason for choosing this more accurate form, as pyridoxine is converted to its active form naturally in the body.

Vitamin B6 takes part in more metabolic reactions in the body than any other B vitamin. It is worth noting, however, that 25% of women follow a diet that provides them with less than the recommended daily dose (the recommended daily dose of B6 is 1.2mg, which may be much less than the optimal dose).

Vitamin B6 is one of the most important nutritional supplements for women as it can be taken during the premenstrual period. It contributes to the metabolism of essential fatty acids and to maintaining the body's fluid balance (reducing fluid retention).

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
