Messinian Spa products are enriched with PDO extra virgin olive oil from Kalamata, world famous for its origin and its antioxidant and nutritional action, combined with ingredients inspired from northern Greece to Crete, such as fig, pomegranate, orange, , honey, chamomile, wheat, sea buckthorn, dittany, prickly pear. The olive oil is purchased by the Agricultural Cooperative of Messinia, a farmers' cooperative of the Messinian prefecture, founded in 1987.

Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.
- For orders over €19.00 and regardless of weight, shipping costs are free.

- For orders less than € 39.00 and up to 5kg weight (volumetric or real) shipping costs are from 2.70€ and in in case the payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge from 1.00€.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
