Use in aromatherapy:
- Nervousness, irritability and overexertion: Add 6 drops of marjoram essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
- Relief from insomnia and times of intense stress: Add 6 drops to the bath before bed.
- For muscular or rheumatic pains: Add 5 drops to 10ml of calendula oil and apply to the problem area.
- If you have abdominal cramps and swelling during your period: Add 5 drops of marjoram to 10ml of almond oil and massage the abdominal area.
- After intense physical exercise: Add 35 drops to 100ml of almond oil, or alternatively 20 drops together with 15 drops of eucalyptus. Massage your body or sore muscles.
Instructions for Safe Use:
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Do not consume them for internal use unless advised by a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
- Do not use them undiluted on the skin.
- Do an allergic reaction test.
- After using citrus essential oils avoid exposure to the sun or solarium for 12 hours.
- For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
