Description
Bepantol Protective Baby Balm is an ointment for the protection and treatment of baby's joints rashes and is ideal for use at every nappy change. In addition, the oily base forms a transparent layer that allows the delicate skin of the baby to breathe. Containing 5% provitamin B5, it effectively hydrates the skin, while supporting the skin's natural regeneration process and providing double protection.
Bepanthol concentrated ointment is clinically tested and suitable for the care and protection of the nipple during breastfeeding.
It is also ideal for premature babies.

Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
