Moisturize your body after the summer holidays
The summer months are the perfect time to take that much needed vacation.
Taking a relaxing vacation from time to time is vital to our overall well-being, but it can take a toll on our skin. From dry cabin air on flights to constant sun exposure while lounging on the beach, our skin can look dramatically different upon returning home.
We have some tips that we suggest you do at home to rejuvenate your skin.
Take a bath
Add 1 cup of Epsom salt and 1 cup of baking soda to warm bath water for detoxification. Alternatively, add 10 drops of ginger essential oil to warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. After bathing, wrap your body with one blanket and your head in a towel to induce further sweating to aid detoxification.
