Flax Lifoplus Loofah Sponge Face Peeling Pad is a 100% natural loofah sponge. It is an ecological, biodegradable and abrasive sponge that comes from a tropical, ornamental plant that looks like a pumpkin (luffa aegyptiaca). When the fruits of the plant ripen, they are collected and peeled to reveal the sponge inside them. It is then cleaned of seeds, washed, dried and bleached. Thanks to their irregular surface, loofah sponges ideally remove dead skin cells, ensuring deep cleansing with natural exfoliation.

Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.
- For orders over €19.00 and regardless of weight, shipping costs are free.

- For orders less than € 39.00 and up to 5kg weight (volumetric or real) shipping costs are from 2.70€ and in in case the payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge from 1.00€.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
