Easy installation:
- Wash your hands and twist the tampon wrapper to remove it.
- Straighten the removal cord. Place the tampon in the vagina at an angle up and back. If you feel resistance, try to change body or tampon direction.
- If you have placed it correctly, you shouldn't feel it. If you still feel it, then push the tampon deeper. The string should be visible after placement. Wash your hands again.
Easy removal:
- Wash your hands and pull the removal cord.
- If removing the tampon is difficult, maybe it is not saturated yet. In in this case, you should consider to use a lower absorbency tampon next time.
- If you can't find the removal cord, squat down, press and grasp the tampon with two fingers.
- If you are unable to remove the tampon, contact a gynecologist.

- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.
- For orders over €19.00 and regardless of weight, shipping costs are free.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
