Diosmin is a semisynthetic phlebotropic drug (modified hesperidin), a member of the flavonoid family. Diosmin prolongs the vasoconstrictive effect of norepinephrine on the venous wall, resulting in an increase in venous tone and consequently a decrease in venous capacity, dilatation and posture. Diosmin improves lymphatic drainage by increasing the frequency and intensity of lymphatic system contractions, increasing the total number of functional capillaries in the lymphatic system. Finally, diosmin reduces the expression of endothelial adhesion molecules (ICAM1, VCAM1), and inhibits leukocyte adhesion, migration, and activation at the capillary level. This leads to a reduction in the release of mediators of inflammation, mainly oxygen free radicals and prostaglandins (PGE2, PGF2a).

Oxerutins are routine flavonoids. They act on the smaller blood vessels (capillaries) reducing the micro-leakage of water and other substances through the walls. They reduce the swelling caused by diseases of the veins of the legs and relieve the usual related symptoms, such as pain, fatigue, heavy legs and cramps.

Returns

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,
