HealthAid Acidophilus is a combination of the above probiotics strains in the amount of 100 million / capsule, together with prebiotics, for better development of probiotic culture.

Main Ingredients

Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the main probiotic strain, which resides in our body and belongs to the family of lactobacilli-acidophiles. It is found mainly in the small intestine and produces lactase, an enzyme necessary for the digestion of lactose, but also some substances to support the immune system. Bifidobacterium Bifidum belongs to the family of bifidobacteria, whose main role is the production of B-complex vitamins, to maintain neurological function and healthy metabolism and growth. Prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides-FOS) are fiber and are the food of probiotics, thus promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria.
