- On clean and dry skin, apply to the femoral area of the baby.
- Then secure the clean diaper.
For the baby shampoo
- Holding the baby carefully with one hand, pour a small amount on the baby's head and rub it very gently.
- Also carefully clean the nipples and the area behind them as well as the neck.
- Rinse with a low flow of water either under the tap or by pouring water with your hand.
Useful Information: For the baby's head we must use a gentle shampoo, and not a product for body and hair, as it will have less softening properties than those of the shower gel, so as not to burden the scalp but to provides more hydration to the hair.

- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
