Infant milk, which should I choose?

Breastfeeding and breast milk are unquestionably the best source and method of infant nutrition. Breastfeeding, as pediatricians point out, should continue until the first year of your baby's life and definitely not stop before the sixth month.  So, when it's the right time to stop breastfeeding, you should look for that quality milk that will match your baby's eating habits.

Some milks are also enriched with nucleotides, which strengthen the chemical and cellular immunity of the infant and have a positive effect on lipid metabolism.  There are still milks with a low lactose content to reduce indigestion while many contain, in addition to vitamins and probiotics, the essential Ω3 - Ω6 fatty acids.
