What is the correct brushing?
We brush our teeth after every meal. If this is not possible, we definitely wash them at night. Brushing our teeth before going to bed is especially important to avoid food residues remaining between the teeth during the night.
- Brush the upper and lower teeth separately
- We place the toothbrush diagonally with an inclination of 45^o towards the surface of the teeth where the gums come into contact with the teeth. We make several rotary movements from the gums to the teeth.
- We do not forget the inner surface of the teeth.
- We also brush the chewing surfaces of the teeth.
- We need to brush diligently for 2 to 3 minutes.
- We change the toothbrush regularly (every 3 months).

Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.

Returns
-In case of any product defect found upon receipt, we undertake immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone (0030 2421084400) or by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or via Facebook message ( https://www.facebook.com/pharmnet .gr ).

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)

For reasons of hygiene and protection of our customers it is not possible to return non-defective refrigerators, baby food and milk as well as changes are not accepted in socks, tights, bandages, used electronic devices and orthopedic items.
In each of the 2 cases in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the order receipt.
