How often should we change the head on our electric toothbrush?

We all want the healthiest and brightest smile and what we definitely want is for it to last! Regular brushing is the best ally for better oral hygiene, but with frequent daily use, the fibers in the brush head wear out and lose their effectiveness. Besides, clinical studies have proven that a new head allows better plaque removal than one that has been used for a long time!

Dentists recommend changing the brush head at least every 3 months because the best cleaning should last!
