Wild oregano has a long list of ingredients:

It is rich in volatile oils , sterols and flavonoids.
Contains beta carotene, vitamins C, E, K, A, manganese, magnesium, calcium, zinc, potassium, niacin, phosphorus and iron.

Wild oregano oil contains two main substances, carvacrol (5-isopropyl-o-cresol, 5-isopropyl-2-methylphenol - C10H13OH) and thymol (6-isopropyl-m-cresol - C10H14O), to which strong antioxidant and antibacterial actions . These two phenolic compounds work synergistically, and inhibit the growth of many harmful bacteria.

Returns
