Suffering from indigestion or commonly "bloating" in the stomach?

Simple carbohydrates (white bread, sweets) enter the blood quickly and cause fluid retention, unlike complex carbohydrates (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), which do not work that way. 

Carbonated drinks

Carbonated soft drinks, drinks such as beer or champagne, although they give the feeling of digestion, usually cause bloating. When you drink them, they can fill up your digestive system, and once the gas reaches your intestines, it stays there until it's released. Avoiding them and replacing them with water is recommended. 

Dairy

Milk, cheeses and ice cream can cause gas, abdominal pain and bloating if your body is lactose intolerant. It is therefore a good idea, if you know that you are lactose intolerant, to avoid dairy products or choose those products that do not contain lactose.
