Lamberts Vitamin B6 belongs to a family of three chemically related, of water-soluble compounds, including pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine.

Supplements that provide the active form of pyridoxine, P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), are considered to be slightly better absorbed in relation to pyridoxine. However, this difference does not constitute essential reason for choosing this more precise form, as the pyridoxine is converted into its active form naturally in the body.

Vitamin B6 takes part in more metabolic reactions body than any other vitamin B. Worth noting, however, that 25% of women follow a diet that provides them with less than the recommended daily dose (the recommended daily dose of B6 is 1.2mg, which is probably much less than the optimal dose).

Returns

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)
