Shipments in the city of Volos:
- For orders less than €19.00 the transport costs are only €2.50 and there is no extra cost in cash payment.

- For orders less than € 39.00 and up to 5kg weight (volumetric or real) shipping costs are from 2.50€ and in in case the payment method is cash on delivery, there is an additional fixed charge from 0.90€.

Returns

-In case of non-defective product, this can be returned if:

a) The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 10 calendar days,

b) the packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original condition. (In this case the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)
